Our warranty:

Executive Auto Glass’ lifetime workmanship warranty covers its glass replacement service against defects in materials and/or workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. You are required to inform us within 30 days of identifying the defect. We are not liable for any additional damage caused by a failure to report the issue within that timeframe.
 
Before any warranty claim can be approved Executive Auto Glass must be allowed to inspect the vehicle and assess the damage. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner of the vehicle. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.

Chip repair warranty:

In certain instances, and through no negligence on the part of the repair technician, the damaged area may expand during the repair process, necessitating a full windshield replacement. Such occurrences are excluded from warranty coverage, and Executive Auto Glass assumes no responsibility for the cost of replacement or any associated damages.

Quality of glass:

Executive Auto Glass only uses high quality, DOT approved glass to ensure perfect fit, seal and quality. 

After installation care instructions:

Per hour adhesive manufacturers recommendations, all new Windshield installations must be allowed to dry without moving the vehicle for a minimum of one hour. If tape is applied to hold the Windshield during the setting process that tape must be removed at the 24 hour mark after installation. We ask that all customers refrain from driving their vehicle through a high power car wash for the first 48 hours.    After that, we recommend customers running their vehicle through a car wash and reporting any leaks or issues immediately to our office. Executive Auto Glass will send a unit out ASAP to address the issues, and we will get with our suppliers to resolve it.

ADAS calibrations

 
At this time, Executive Auto Glass recommends having any ADAS system needing recalibration done by your vehicle manufacturer.  All vehicles are subject to either two kinds of calibrations, static or dynamic. 
 
Static calibrations require a targeting system and insist on performing this process in a controlled environment. This does not include the vehicle being outside, as some other companies are providing this service. We follow all strict guidelines provided by your vehicles manufacturer to ensure that during this process, there is no damage to your vehicle.
 
 
Dynamic calibrations are performed by connecting a scan tool to your vehicle and driving it. Your manufacturer has the exact scan tool that is compatible with your vehicle. Outside dealership calibrations require universal scan tools that use “back doors” in the software of your vehicle to gain access for the calibration. This has been known to cause problems with vehicle cameras, calibration accuracy, and other issues within your vehicles electrical system.
 
This is why Executive Auto Glass does not perform calibrations. Until such time where the industry evolves and calibrations are made safer to be performed on customers vehicles we will insist on customers that are in need of calibrations returning to their manufacturer and having them done correctly.  Your vehicle is one of your biggest investments, there’s no need to risk it. When relying on such a safety system, it’s important to have the right people do it.  Your safety is our number one priority.
