How do I know if my windshield can be repaired or needs to be replaced?
Our experts will assess the damage and determine whether a repair is sufficient or if a replacement is necessary. Chips that are smaller than the size of a quarter and Not directly in the driver’s line of view can often be repaired, while larger or more severe damage typically require a full replacement. Feel free to text us a picture of the damage and your VIN and we would be happy to assess the damage.
Why does Executive Auto Glass not perform recalibration services?
At Executive Auto Glass, we adhere to all manufacturer service procedures and recommendations when servicing customers’ vehicles. ADAS technology requires calibration in a controlled environment using dealer-level computerized equipment. Failure to calibrate with such equipment or in an uncontrolled environment can result in inaccurate calibrations. At this time, Executive Auto Glass believes it is in our customers’ best interest to have these systems calibrated at the dealership level to ensure accuracy and prevent potential issues.
Why does Executive Auto Glass prefer to use Dealer manufactured glass over the OEE glass?
With the increasing amount of technology integrated into modern vehicles, much of it is located on or within the glass. As professional auto glass installers, we always prefer to replace windshields or auto glass with original equipment glass from the manufacturer. This ensures that all embedded options and electronics function correctly the first time. Original equipment glass also includes the manufacturer’s markings and logos you’ve come to recognize and appreciate. That’s why, when we use original manufacturer glass, we know you’re getting the right fit and quality from the start
Does Executive Auto Glass offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. This includes everything from air/wind noise to water leaks for the lifetime of you owning the vehicle. Just give us a call and we will get you scheduled in ASAP to get it taken care of.
What payment methods are accepted at Executive Auto Glass?
Cash, check, cashapp, insurance claims, and venmo.
We do accept all major credit/debit cards, but there is a 3.5% convenience fee.
How much does a windshield replacement cost?
Prices vary based on your vehicle make, model, and safety features. Costs range from $300 to $800 but could be higher for luxury or specialty vehicles.
How long after do I have to wait to drive my vehicle?
We recommend letting the adhesive cure for at least an hour before driving and no automatic carwashes for at least 48 hours.
Our technicians will go over all of the post replacement concerns you may have with you at the time of completion.
