Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Executive Auto Glass ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at executiveautoglass.com or contact us. We are a local auto glass company, not a data business. We collect the least we can get away with and still do the job.

What we collect

Only what we need to answer you and to keep the website working:

• Quote form (on the home page). Your name, phone number, vehicle (year, make, and model), and ZIP code.
• Contact form (on the contact page). Your name, phone number, the service you selected, and optionally your VIN, a message, and a checkbox for whether you have used us before. The VIN identifies your vehicle and its exact glass, not you, and we use it only to quote your job.
• Review page. If you use our review page, we receive any options you tap about the service and what felt off, anything you type in, and your name and phone number only if you ask for a call back.
• Which page you were on. Every submission above also tells us which page you sent it from, so we know what prompted it.
• Phone, text, and form taps. When you tap to call or text us, or submit a form, our analytics records that it happened and which page it came from. It does not record who you are.
• Page view and server data. Our analytics and our host's standard server logs record your visit time, the pages you view, your device and browser type, your IP address, and a rough geographic region. We do not learn your name or address from any of this.

We never ask for your email address on any form on this site, and we do not collect payment details, upload files, or run customer accounts anywhere on this website.

How we use it

• To contact you about the work you asked about, and to quote it.
• To improve the service based on what customers actually ask for.
• To see how the site performs and which pages help people find us.

We do not sell your information. We do not give it to advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list or email you promotions you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

We keep this short and honest, because "we never share your data" is rarely true for any website. Here is everyone involved:

• Us. Form and review submissions arrive as an email in our inbox, which runs on Google Workspace.
• More Calls Digital. The company that builds and maintains this website is copied on those submission emails so the contact form can be kept working. They do not market to you and do not sell your information.
• ntfy (instant alerts). When you submit a form, we also send ourselves an instant notification on our phones through ntfy, a push-notification service, so we can call you back quickly. It includes what you entered, such as your name, phone number, and vehicle. The service delivers the alert to our phones and stores it only briefly before deleting it. It does not market to you or sell your information.
• Google Analytics. Measures site traffic and behavior in aggregate.
• Google Maps. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google, so loading that page contacts Google.
• Vercel. Our website host. Their servers keep standard access logs.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one. The embedded Google map on our contact page may also set cookies when it loads. We do not set our own cookies, and we do not use a visitor ID. The one thing this site keeps in your browser itself: if you arrive from one of our ads, the ad's click ID and campaign tags, for up to 90 days, so a quote request can tell us which ad brought it in. It is sent only with a form you choose to submit.

How long we keep it

Your submission stays in our email inbox as long as we need it to do the work, plus a normal record-keeping period for the business. Analytics and server logs are kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and our host.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fine without them.
• You can ask us to delete what you sent us. Call or email us and we will remove it from our records.
• You can simply call or text us instead of using a form. Nothing on this site has to be filled in to reach us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are validated and rate-limited before they reach us. We protect your information with reasonable technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we treat our own.

Children

Our services and our website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
