Infiniti Windshield and Auto Glass Replacement

On the QX60, Infiniti lists an acoustic-laminated windshield and a head-up display, and its parts catalog treats the display windshield as its own part.

Good to know

The head-up display windshield on an Infiniti QX60 is a separate part, so give us the VIN before we order.

Infiniti's parts catalog gives the cleanest clue. It lists a windshield for 2022 to 2025 QX60 models with a head-up display as its own entry. So even on one model and one run of years, there is a display windshield and, presumably, one without. We do not guess which your car has. We read the VIN and find the build.

The display itself is documented. Infiniti's 2022 QX60 release describes an available 10.8-inch head-up display that projects onto the windshield and stays viewable with polarized sunglasses, and the 2027 press kit lists the 10.8-inch display on the Autograph trim. If yours is a display car, the new glass must be made for that image, or the picture can blur.

Sound control comes next. Infiniti's 2027 QX60 press kit specification table lists an acoustic-laminated and UV-reducing windshield, and the 2026 Canadian kit lists the same feature. The tables are laid out so that we would not tell you which trim gets it, which is a good reason to match the glass to a VIN rather than a trim name. Acoustic laminated glass is still two panes with a layer between them, with the layer picked to damp sound.

On driver assistance, Infiniti uses the ProPILOT Assist name. The 2026 kit lists ProPILOT Assist 1.1 on LUXE and SPORT and 2.1 on Autograph. The pages we read do not say where the camera sits or how the windshield figures in, so we will not say. We will say what we do about it: if your Infiniti needs camera calibration after a replacement, the dealer does it. We do not calibrate. Makers recommend dealer calibration, third-party tools reach the vehicle computer through a back door that has caused system issues, and the work needs a controlled indoor space.

One vehicle can have up to about 15 windshield versions by option package. We give a free estimate by VIN, install OEM, OEE or aftermarket glass with a fallback if one is not available, and come to your home or workplace. We also replace Infiniti door, quarter and back glass.

What Infiniti publishes

  • Parts catalog: a separate windshield for 2022 to 2025 QX60 models with head-up display.
  • QX60 head-up display: 10.8 inch, projected onto the windshield.
  • 2027 QX60 specification table: acoustic-laminated, UV-reducing windshield.
  • ProPILOT Assist 1.1 or 2.1 depending on grade (2026 press kit).
What it costs

The estimate is free by VIN. Because a display windshield is a different part, we do not quote from the model name. Chip repair is $85 flat for up to 3 chips on one windshield, mobile service included.
